Moving up to secondary school can be a scary and exciting prospect. At George Grenville Academy, we work hard with our local secondary schools to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible. We also build in extra transition sessions to support pupils who may find the transition more challenging than others. We are so lucky in Buckingham to have two great schools in our local area. Please click on the links below to visit their websites to find out more. Please note, The Royal Latin School is a grammar school and children need to qualify for a place by sitting a transfer test. All children at George Grenville Academy have the opportunity to sit the transfer test in September although parents can choose for their child to opt out if they wish.
