The Internet is life-changing. It opens doors to worlds and experiences at the click of a button, allows us to keep in contact with friends or family in an instant, no matter where we are and even allows us to go shopping without leaving the house! However, along with these incredible benefits comes access to people, information and experiences that are unsafe, unwelcome and potentially dangerous - particularly for children.
As parents and carers, of course it is our responsibility to protect our children, to moderate access and monitor their use of the Internet. We hope the links to the websites below will offer information for both parents/carers and children to help keep them E-Safe. |
If you have any concerns regarding your child's safety online, please don't hesitate to come in and speak to a member of staff.
As a school, we have invested in an online information and training platform that staff, parents and governors can access to provide them with the most up to date information regarding online safety. Parents can use this site to access short information videos and leaflets to give them as much information as possible regarding the latest apps, games and website. By keeping up to date, we will all be much better informed to keep our children at George Grenville safe.
